Every family is responsible to enter online all projects that will be exhibited at the Allen Co. Fair before July 1st on the Allen Co. Fair website. The list of completed Jr. Fair entries will be posted here on July 2nd. Exhibitors will have until July 10th to check their entries. If corrections are needed, please submit all deletions or additions with the link below or in person. NO changes will be accepted over the phone. Advisors are no longer responsible for checking and making corrections to their club entries. Please see pages 3 and 7 of the Jr. Fair Handbook for complete rules.

If corrections are not submitted before July 10th, exhibitors will recieve a letter grade reduction on all projects effected and are not eligible for awards. The exhibitor may instead pay a fine for corrections made between July 11th and August 10th to avoid the letter grade reduction. Please see page 3 and 7 of the Jr. Fair Handbook for complete rules.

To view your entries, please click on your club. If changes are needed, please click on the "Submit Fair Entry Changes" button. If your entries are correct, no additional action is needed.

If you did not find your name, you did not complete your fair entries. Please click the red button below to enter all your information.

Common Mistakes
  • Not entering your horse, dog, or llama/alpaca. Besides the classes that you will show your animal in, you must enter the actual animal. Example: Canine 1, Canine 2, Horse 1, Horse 2. You are only paid a premium for the animal, so if you do not enter the animal, you will not receive a premium at the window.
  • Showmanship classes for Beef, Swine, Goats, Sheep, Dogs, Horses, LLama/Alpaca. All others not listed are sign ups in the barn.
  • Born and Raised. You must enter the market class and the born and raised class if you are participating in born and raised.
  • Market Rabbits and Market Chickens only require 1 entry. They are shown as a pen.
  • Cloverbuds must also make an entry to show at the fair.

Do not be concerned if the BREED column is blank. This is only used for rabbits entered in the All Other Pure Breeds Division.
