  1. Allen County Ag Outlook and Agronomy Day

    Join OSU Extension at the Allen County Fairgrounds, in Lima Ohio, on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 starting at 9:00 a.m. for the Allen County Ag Outlook and Agronomy Day. The morning sessions will focus on commodity market outlook and ag policy. In the afternoon you will find answers to your agronomy questions, obtain pesticide applicor and fertilizer recertification credits, and CCA education hours as you prepare for the next growing season. The program will wrap up at 3:30 p.m.

  4. Join 4-H

    Are you interested in joining Allen County 4-H? Our deadline for 4-H enrollement in April 15, 2022. Eligibility for participation in 4-H projects and competitive events begins when a child is age 8 and in the 3rd grade. Any youth age 9 or above is eligible for project membership, regardless of grade level.   5. Jr. Fair Livestock Auction Buyers List

    The buyers list is available from the Jr. Fair Livestock Auction. The list is alphabetical by club. Please make sure that you thank ALL of your buyers. To recieve your premium auction check you must provide proof that you have sent a thank you to all the buyers. You may take pictures of your cards and submit them to coble.19@osu.edu or drop them off at the Jr. Fair office. They must be stamped and addressed! Premium checks from the auction will be available when all of your buyers have paid in full.

  7. DUNF Forms For Livestock

    Online DUNF forms must be completed for livestock animals. You will need to know your Tag number, Leg Band, or Tattoo number to complete the form. Swine exhibitors will need to wait until your animals are weighed in to complete the forms. Poultry exhibitors CLICK HERE for a list of your assigned leg band numbers.   9. Livestock Interview Judging

    Livestock Interview Judging is Saturday, August 14th. Judging will take place on the Fairgrounds and will being promptly at 9am and will end at 12:00 noon. If you have multiple departments that you will be judged in, please allow at least 30 minutes between each department when scheduling your times. ONLY SIGN UP FOR ONE TIME SLOT FOR EACH DEPARTMENT. It does not matter how many projects/animals that you are taking for the department. You will only be interviewed one time even if you have multiple market or breeding projects within that department.
