- Click your club(s) below to find your buyers list. The list is alphabetical by FIRST NAME.
- Exhibitors MUST write a Thank You note to each of their buyers
- You can send proof by emailing coble.19@osu.edu or dropping off stamped and addressed cards to our office.
- Send your cards now. Do not delay or wait for your check.
- Auction checks will not be released unless thank you cards have been sent.
- Auction checks are normally ready starting in mid -to- late October.
Our buyers really appreciate and look forward to your thank you cards and gifts. We require that you send a thank you card to each of your buyers on the list before you can receive your auction check. Please send your cards right away and do not wait.
Either drop off your unsealed, addressed, and stamped card(s) to the office or email a photo of them to coble.19@osu.edu. When we have proof of your cards or gifts, we will mark your name off the list and you can receive your check when it is ready.
