We encourage families to continue to enroll in poultry projects for this year's fair. There are currently no ODA restrictions for holding poultry shows for the 2025 county fair season. Market chicken hatch dates for 2025 are June 22 - 28. For the 2025 fair, the hatch dates for Meat Turkeys has been removed. All poultry projects must be in the exhibitors possession by June 1, 2025, except Market Chickens. 

Hatch papers, NPIP paperwork, or negative pullorum test will be required for all poultry projects at check in, except waterfowl. Please see the Jr. Fair Handbook for full details.
