- Exhibitors MUST write a Thank You note to each of their buyers
- You can send proof by emailing coble.19@osu.edu or dropping off stamped and addressed cards to our office.
- Send your cards now. Do not delay or wait for your check.
- Auction checks will not be released unless thank you cards have been sent.
- Auction checks are normally ready starting in mid -to- late October.
