DUNF surveys must be completed before you are allowed to show Market Animals at the Allen Co Fair. You must know the ID tag before you can fill out the survey.

Hog exhibitors must wait until when they weigh in to complete the form. Fill out one survey for each animal.

Market Chickens CLICK HERE to see your leg band numbers. Only need to complete one survey and include both leg band numbers.

Rabbits - only need to fill out one survey for market and single fryer. Include all tattoo numbers.

Sheep and Goats - please use your fair tag number. Fill out one survey for each animal. 

NEW THIS YEAR - Beef and Dairy Beef Feeders Must complete a DUNF per ODA new rules. Market Beef, Feeders, and Dairy Beef need to fill out one survey for each animal.
