Allen Co. Jr. Fair Entries - Corrections Accepted until July 10th

- This list is current as of 8:00 am July 2nd
- Correct? - You did great! There is nothing more to do.
- Incorrect? - Log back into the fair entry system and make the necessary corrections. Our office CAN NOT make the corrections for you.
- If you need an entry deleted and cannot do it online, please email the entry that needs to be deleted to Joanne. rex.87@osu.edu. This is the only correction that our office can complete.
- Not on the list? You have not completed your entries and you must complete them by July 10th.
- If you think you completed them, log back in and make sure that you went all the way to the end and clicked the "YES" button.
- This is the last list that will be published.
- Changes or additional entries made after July 10th are subject to fines up to $100 or a grade reduction for all projects. See pages 3 & 7 of the Jr. Fair Handbook.

Common Mistakes and things to look for
- Horses, Dogs, Llama/Alpacas must enter their animal(s) not just the classes they are showing in. Look at the Jr. Fair Handbook in your department rules for the correct classes.
- Showmanship - all livestock must enter showmanship entries except Rabbits, Poultry, Dairy and Dairy Beef, if they wish to participate in showmanship.
- Market Animals - make sure that you enter your market class AND born and raised class if applies.
- Special Interest - enter all your projects that you will showing at the fair. Demonstrations need to entered and can be found under the 4-H division.
- Parent Auction Name - this is the name that will show on the auction bill for mareket animals. Do not put down farm names. Parents/gaurdians names only.
- The Breed cloumn on the report is for Rabbits entered in the All Other Pure Breeds division. It does not apply to other entries.
- Cloverbuds MUST create a fair entry to receive their fair ID, premium, attend Show & Tell, and to have items in a booth.
- Ask your club advisors if you have any questions and look at the Jr. Fair Handbook for all divisions, classes, and rules.
