All exhibitors will be taken in the order that they check in.

Special Interest Judging

• Monday, July 20th in the Youth Exhibits Building
• 1 pm to 5:30 pm - Everyone must be checked in by 5:30 pm

Livestock Interviews

• Saturday, August 15th 
• Starts at 9 am and MUST be checked in by 11:30 am.
• Exhibitors must complete a livestock interview for each species you plan to bring to the fair.
• Union Bank Show Arena - Beef, Dairy, Dairy Beef, Horses, & Swine
• Mercy Health/Allen Co. Farm Bureau Show Arena - Goats, Sheep, Llama/Alpacas, and Dogs
• Rabbit Barn- Rabbits
• Poultry Barn - Poultry

Cloverbud Show & Tell

• Tuesday, August 18th in the Youth Activities Building
• 1 pm and must be checked in by 5:30 pm
• Bring your project to put in the Cloverbud Booth

Woodworking, Welding, & Gardening Judging and make up Special Interest judging

• Tuesday, August 18th in the Youth Activities Building
• 1 pm start time and must be checked in by 5:30 pm
• Project will be placed in the club or county booth following judging.
