*Full Livestock auction guidelines are listed in theJunior Fair Handbook. In order for exhibitors to obtain Junior Fair Livestock checks after the livestock sale, sellers must turn thank you letters. Thank you letters to buyers may be:
•Dropped off to the Jr Fair office after the fair. Thank you letters should arrive in unsealed, stamped, and addressed envelopes.
•Photos of completed Thank you letter can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You should have a Thank You for each buyer and add on that you receive.
Once the buyers pay, checks can then be picked up by seller.
