  1. Poultry Exhibitors

    We encourage families to continue to enroll in poultry projects for this year's fair. There are currently no ODA restrictions for holding poultry shows for the 2025 county fair season. Market chicken hatch dates for 2025 are June 22 - 28. For the 2025 fair, the hatch dates for Meat Turkeys has been removed. All poultry projects must be in the exhibitors possession by June 1, 2025, except Market Chickens. 

  2. Sign Up for 4-H and Quality Assurance

  3. Pesticide and Fertilizer Recertification

  5. Livestock Auction Checks Available

    Oct. 01, 2024

    Livestock Auction Checks are available in the Fair Administration Brick Building. Exhibitors must meet the following requirements to pick up their checks:

    1. All the exhibitors buyers have paid. (we have several that have not paid)

    2. You have completed your Thank You cards to all buyers. You must show proof that you completed these. You can email a photo to coble.19@osu.edu or show them at pick up.

    3. The person picking up the checks must have the 2024 Fair Photo ID of the exhibitor to receive the check.

  6. Allen Co. Jr. Fairboard, Jr. Leaders and 4-H Camp Counselors Applications

    Are you a teen leader who wants to get more involved and have more responsibility? Consider applying to be a Jr. Fairboard, Jr. Leader member or a camp counselor.

    Allen Co. Jr. Fairboard applications are due October 15th.

  8. Thank You List from Livestock Auction

    UPDATED 9/18/2024 - Corrections and additional buyers. 

    Our buyers really appreciate and look forward to your thank you cards and gifts. We require that you send a thank you card to each of your buyers on the list before you can receive your auction check. Please send your cards right away and do not wait.

  9. DUNF Drug Use Notification Form Link

    DUNF surveys must be completed before you are allowed to show Market Animals at the Allen Co Fair. You must know the ID tag before you can fill out the survey.

    Hog exhibitors must wait until when they weigh in to complete the form. Fill out one survey for each animal.

    Market Chickens CLICK HERE to see your leg band numbers. Only need to complete one survey and include both leg band numbers.
