Prepare for summer canning and freezing now by enrolling in classes with OSU Extension on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 in the Longview Center. Pre-registration required. Classes at 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Pressure canners tested all day. Drop your canner off on the 19th and pick it up later, too!
