Prepare for the summer canning and freezing season by attending classes with OSU Extension field specialist, Linnette Goard, on Wednesday, July 18, 2012 at the Richland County Longview Center. Classes at 2:00 and 6:00 p.m. Fee is $6 per participant. Pressure canners can be tested that same day for $5. Registration information is forthcoming.
