Judging Information

The 2012 Judging Packet will be ready for each club to pick up the first part of June.

Make Up Judging

Make Up Judging and skillathon will be July 16 & 19, 2012 by appointment ONLY. Anyone not attending regular judging days will NOT be eligible for Grand or Reserve Champion.

Livestock Declaration Form

Livestock Declaration/Entry Forms will be given out at livestock skillathon on July 11.  These are due ON JULY 23rd to the Extension Office by 4:30 p.m.  Any exhibitor with breeding stock,horses, or other animals not required to tag in should note that their stall fees are also due on July 23rd  at the Extension Office.  Monies will ONLY be collect on July 23rd at the Extension Office, NOT before by Club.  Any Livestock Entry forms and or fees received between July 24 and July 31, 2012, there will be a $10.00 late fee.  After July 31, 2012 NO paperwork will be accepted and that animal can NOT be exhibited at the 2012 Meigs County Fair, absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS.  This includes all makret and non market animals;  this is a late fee for failure to file forms.

2012 Club Attendance Form - must be completed before you can receive fair passes

Cloverbud Information - Cloverbud Show & Tell, Clover Clue and Cloverbud Graduation

2012 Meigs County Club Community Service Award - instructions are on the form

Extra Effort Members - Instructions are on the form, please read carefully

Junior Fair I.D. Passes - Please follow the instruction completely. must be turned in by club all at the same time.
