4-H Is For You!- In this brochure you will find a listing of 4-H clubs in Licking County--where they are, what projects they offer and how to get in touch with them. Clubs must submit membership enrollments by April 1 of each year.

2012 4-H Family Guide - Find information on the over 200 projects 4-H has to offer.  2012 Ohio 4-H New and Revised Project Completion requirements.

Do you miss the old-style index to the Family Guide? A Parent's Guide to Licking County 4-H - Updated with 2011 dates, this helpful booklet gives you an overview of club meetings & expectations, projects, project judging, costs and the fair.

Club Advisor Application Packet - 4H club advisor applications are due by February 1 for the current 4-H year.

Member Enrollment Forms:

These forms are to be completed and returned to your 4-H club so that the organizational advisor can submit all members' forms to the Extension office by April 1, unless otherwise indicated. Please check with your advisor for the date that they need the forms returned to them.

Member Enrollment Form - This form is required of all new members joining a Licking County 4-H Club and must be turned in to the club advisor so that it can be submitted to the Extension office by April 1.

Across County Lines Membership Request Form & Policy - This form is required of all youth joining a Licking County 4-H Club who do not currently live within the county. It needs to be submitted only for the first year of across county lines membership. This form can be submitted directly to the Extension office or with the member enrollment form. Either way, it is due by April 1.

Horse Permission to Participate & Code of Conduct - All members taking horse projects, including Horseless Horse, and their guardians are required to sign and return both of these forms. Cloverbuds in horse clubs are not required to submit these forms. Must be submitted with enrollment forms.
