About Family Nutrition Program
The Family Nutrition Program (FNP) is a FREE nutrition education program serving low-income adults in Ohio. Our goal is to improve, within a limited budget, the likelihood of families and individuals who are receiving food assistance benefits to make healthy food choices and to choose active lifestyles. Education programs in Henry County are presented by Vicki Roth, the FNP Program Assistant, supervised by the Family & Consumer Sciences Educator, Nancy Stehulak.
Free Life Skills Classes are available on Thursdays, 10-11:00 a.m. or 4:30-5:30 p.m. in Room 107 of the Hahn Center, 104 E. Washington, Napoleon. No pre-registration is required. Walk-ins are welcome. Click here for a schedule of topics to be covered.
Nutrition & You, a newsletter published by the Family Nutrition Program of OSU Extension, covers a different nutrition topic each month.
A list of Henry County assistance programs including food pantries, free community meals and Food Stamp information is updated on a regular basis.
