NW 4-H CARTEENS might be of interest to you! The 4-H professionals of Defiance, Fulton, Henry and Williams Counties have been working with Ohio State Troopers and the Juvenile Judges of the counties to make the 4-H CARTEENS program a reality in our area.  We are looking for teen drivers who would like to make a difference in the lives of teens who are first time traffice offenders. You, yourself, may have experience in traffice violations and can put your experience to work. If you are interested in volunteering as a CARTEENS mentor, please contact Laura A. Rohlf, Program Coordinator, 4-H at 419-592-0806.
