4-H in the Classroom

Welcome to 4-H in the Classroom! 

Listed below is the project offered, with a brief description.  All materials for the project, except consumables, are provided.

Chicken Embryology (Pre-K through Grade 8) 

Learn about the beginning of life as you study the chick's development.  Incubator and a dozen eggs provided.  Four-week program offered October and April.  A teacher-leader program.   
           

The user fee is $20.00 for each classroom that uses the “4-H in the Classroom” program offered through the Ohio State University Extension.  Please note this is a per classroom fee, not a per program fee.  This fee will be used to continue the development of 4-H in the Classroom materials from the state level and help to offset budget cuts and to replace or repair program materials.
