4-H Horse Program Information

Franklin County 4-H has an exceptional horse program. It is highly recommended that all 4-H clubs with horse projects send at least one advisor to represent their club at the Horse Advisory Committee. Horse Advisory Committee Meetings are held on the first Monday of every month, 7:00PM, at the Franklin County Fairgrounds' Secretary's Office.
