Quicken Brochure & Registration

Why Quicken®?

It’s a simple cash system.  Users record all cash transactions of both the farm and family. Its popularity is due to the ease of data entry and to its low price of $50 to $100. This single-entry system is  essentially an electronic checkbook. It allows users to track loans, write checks, reconcile the checkbook with the bank statement and quickly create reports for financial and tax purposes.

Workshop will focus on…

  • Setting up accounts
  • Categorizing income and expenses
  • Hand-on data entry
  • Running tax reports
  • Preparing farm production reports
