Dining with Diabetes!

Learn about signs of diabetes, possible complications and ways to manage the condition. Presentation will include a cooking demonstration and food sampling.

If you're amoung the 800,000 Ohioans with diabetes - or you suspect you may be one of the estimated 200,000 who has diabetes but don't know it----plan to attend!

 

What is Dining with Diabetes?

  • An educational program designed for people with diabetes and their family members or those who want to eat healther.
  • Each class will include an educational presentation, food demonstrations, sampling, handouts and recipes.
