Dine to Donate to 4-H

You can help support 4-H by dining in or picking up carryout for your family at at one of these Springfield & Clark County restaurants.  The participating restaurant will donate 10% to 15% of your total bill to the Clark County 4-H Program.  You must print the Dine to Donate Flyer and present to your server for 4-H to receive the donation.

Celebrating 4-H 110 Years Basket

Clark County 4-H has commissioned a basket in honor of 110 years of Making the Best Better.  You can purchase your basket now.  The berry basket made by American Traditions, an Ohio based company, features a green and white cottage weave with green and white checkered liner and iron handle.  Basket cost $50 with procceeds benefiting the Clark County 4-H Endowment Fund.  Click here for an order form.   

J.C. Penney Roundup Event

Shop at the Upper Valley Mall J.C. Penney to support Clark County 4-H.  You can rondup your purchase to the nearest whole dollar.  Your spare change will go to help prepare youth involved in 4-H for success.   

2012 Clark County 4-H Fundraising Information

Earn Your 2012 4-H Activity Fee, Camperships and/or Project Book Coupons, Cash Prizes Too!  Clubs earn 10%.

  • Sell $60 in product earn $20 4-H Project Member Activity Fee + one $5 campership or project book coupon.
  • Sell $30 in product earn $5 Cloverbud Activity Fee. 
  • For each additional $30 in product sold, earn one $5 campership or project book coupon.

Everyone that sells Fun Pasta and/or candy bars has a chance to earn great cash prizes.

  • Sell $60 in product entered in a chance to win $100.
  • Sell $150 in product entered in a chance to win $150.
  • Sell $200 or more in product entered in a chance to win $250.

  • When you take orders, please collect payment for the order.  Make checks payable to Clark County 4-H Committee. 
  • Fun Pasta Orders and money MUST be turned in on Thursday, March 15, 11 AM to 7 PM at the Clark County Extension Office or mailed anytime prior to this date to the Clark County 4-H Committee, PO Box 444, Springfield, OH 45501.  
  • 4-H members may pick up Fun Pasta Orders on Friday, April 13, 1 PM - 7 PM, Clark County Extension Office to deliver.    

 Sale 4-H Candy Bars April 13 until May 22, 2012.World's Finest Chocolates

  • 4-H Clubs Turn in Candy Bar Order Card indicating how many boxes you want to sell.  Do not order more boxes than you plan to sell.  There is no return on unsold boxes.  60 candy bars per box. 
  • Pick Up Boxes of Candy Ordered on Friday, April 13, 1-7 PM, Extension Office and distribute to club members to begin selling. 
  • Turn in Candy Money, Monday, May 21 & Tuesday, May 22, 11 AM-6 PM, Extension Office.

4-H Activity Fee

4-H Clubs should complete the 4-H Fundraising Chart and submit with payment of their 4-H club members' Activity Fees. 

  • $20 per 4-H Project Member
  • $5 per 4-H Cloverbud. 
  • Activity fees may be paid anytime by mailing to the Clark County 4-H Committee, P.O. Box 444, Springfield, OH  45501. 
  • Activity fees may be paid at the Extension Office on May 21 & May 22, 11 AM - 6 PM. 
  • Activity fees paid after May 22nd add $5 per person.
